Since January I've been training in the gym 4 times a week for around 90 minutes. Usually Mon/tues/thurs/fri. I also hold a freerunning/Parkour class on some sundays.
I seperate days into Chest/triceps, Back/biceps, legs/shoulders then a day of variety.
I do Abs exercises every session and try to add different exercises every month.
I also do 20-25mins various cardio on each session.
Since January I went from 11st 2 to 10st1.
I'm now looking to loose a little bit more weight then pile on some muscle but I'm finding it hard to get any lower than 141 pounds. Do I really need to loose more weight? I have a flatish stomach, not defined.
Diet
I'm a Peskatarian (Dietary Requirement).
I get all of protein from high in-protein soya mince, chickpeas, Whey and various vegetables.. I eat vegetables everyday(broccoli/courgette/avacardo etc). Usually making own sort of soups. Sometimes I have some pasta/rice.
A usual day for me will consist of:
Breakfast:Oats with dried fruit/nuts sprinkle
Snack: cucumber and houmus or fruit or Tuna sandwich on brown bread
Lunch: Salad or home made soup
Dinner: Something packed with Veg and high in protein)
Am I going wrong anywhere?
