Back exercises

Post by werewherewewere »

just looking for some technique advice because every time i do back exercises (wide grip pull downs, seated rows, etc.) i only feel it in biceps. With every other body part i can get that burn (as well as a feeling of accomplishment) for a few days after, but i can never achieve that with back so its like ive never worked it at all

Dead lifts, stiff legged dead lifts, hyper extensions are all good back work.

Also add bent over DB flies to work the rhomboids and posterior delts. These are often neglected as you cannot see them in the frontal mirror. It gives the back a fuller look.

me too it took time to have the mind-muscle connection for back and lats. But continue trying, focus on contraction like swanso said and keep trying.

Because rows are golden.
