How To burn fat quikly and to build muscles.

hi name is Aamir and i m 21 years old weight is abt 82 kgs and waist is above 34. i want to lose fat and build up muscle ang get shaped.
can anyone help me out here.

Hi there...

You'll want to do a combination of weight training and HIIT along with a healthy diet.

What are you currently doing for workouts? What does your current diet look like?

ok
i ate more than 2000 cal per day
i don't know a special diet.
what kind of diet should u prefer

non expert opinion is to try a low fat and low sodium diet. Have you calculated your BMR? It tells you how many calories you should be consuming based on your activity level. Hopefully other more knowledgeable folks will correct and or add to advice. Good luck.

Low Sodium yes, but not necessarily low Fat. Yes low on things like Saturates, but could increase Good fats from things like Flax, Omega Eggs, (Chickens fed some Flax), Nuts, Peanuts, Fish, Avocado, Soy, Oils and Seeds, Polyunsaturated speads, obviously other low Fat options like Low Fat Cheese, Skimmed Milk, Skinless Chicken, etc etc.
