Low Sodium yes, but not necessarily low Fat. Yes low on things like Saturates, but could increase Good fats from things like Flax, Omega Eggs, (Chickens fed some Flax), Nuts, Peanuts, Fish, Avocado, Soy, Oils and Seeds, Polyunsaturated speads, obviously other low Fat options like Low Fat Cheese, Skimmed Milk, Skinless Chicken, etc etc.
