fat on thigh

Post by kobrakai »

hi, i like to get rid of the fat on thigh, it looked very fat from any angle that i look at. i posted somewhere before that i weighted 70kg, but lower body (butt, thigh, lower leg) look bigger than upper body.

i dont like to see thigh because it looked very fat, having hard time looking for the right jeans to wear too.

here are some pics:

i would like to have some suggestions what kind of exercises (how many reps/sets) that can concentrate on losing the fat on thigh (below the butt) as well as the lower leg.[/url]

hope anyone can help. thx.

Sorry, but you can't specify where you'll be losing fat. Google "cannot spot-reduce" to get a clear picture.
However, if you're interested, hard-work, and eating well will get you the figure you want.

squats, deadlifts, lunges, reverse lunges, and stepups are all great exercises for your legs. sets/reps should be around the 4x6 or its mirror image 6x4. do you have any kind of routine at the moment? whats your diet look like?

current exercise routine only focus on upper body (mon, wed, fri), because i thought of enlarging them to balance the lower ones. no exercise for lower body yet.

i only eat twice a day.
lunch: rice mixed with pork meat, scramble egg, and broccoli.
dinner: more or less the same.

ppl dont believe that i weighted 70kg, because they have bigger & greater upper body, and only weighted 65kg, where me on the other hand, looked skinny from hip to top, and fat from hip to bottom. thanks

you really should be working out your legs too. try full body workouts mon, wed, fri.

eating twice a day? baaaad. you must be starving! eat regularly, like every 2-3 hours or so(all good stuff though)

Have a look at this thread. Lots of good advice for a similar problem.
