WORKOUT ROUTINES
i was wanting to know about some good killer workout ideas. i wanna do something different in the gym to shock the muscle i think im hitting a plateau.

Change up the order you do your workout.
Do a running lap in between each set. ( keep you in the heart rate range of a high intensity workout through out your weight lifting.
Supersets on specific body parts
Or even something as simple as changing your gym location for a few weeks will even help get you over a hump.
