3 days a week , 3 sets 20 reps , i got good results but lately i feel that 3kg has become so light like i am not carrying anything in hand so i was thinking of buying 5kg dumbbells but today i was reading the forums and there was someone training with 24kg dumbbells???
so all that training with the 3kg was nothing? and also the 5kg is nothing? was i deceiving myself all that time i am training and i am doing good?


what weight should i train with??
