trapezus question

well im 19 years old and trapezus is unequal right i biger than left. what should i do ?

sure it's just not higher on 1 side?

Have you tried lifting weights? I would think a good weight routine would help to balance those out. :)

Sounds like it's just a childhood development issue. You might be favouring one side of the back perhaps, (with regard to technique), when you do things like lift, carry, throw etc etc.

Weightlifting might correct it, if it's just a normal run of the mill development trait, and I can't say conclusively if it is or not.
