Hi I am 32 years old and 5'3" high and 151 lbs.
I want to set back at 120 lbs.
I am doing daily cardio (45 mins jogging and 10 mins cycling)
And abs exercise and weights on alternative days.
Experts advice required.

i would advise you to search your body is a barbell by alwyn cosgrove and do as written

confused about the article or what swanso actually wrote? if its what swanso wrote he means type in "your body is a barbell" into google and read up on it. the authors name is alwyn cosgrove.
