Two different workout routines, please help....Thanks
Hello, I currently lift weights 3-4 time a week. In other words, I work out a day and rest the next. On the day I work out I do two exercise of each muscle a day, 3 reps each. For example...2 biceps, 2 chest , 2 shoulders, backs legs and so on you get the point. I use to work out 5x a week and rest on the weekends and workout 2-3 muscle a day combined untill a personal trainer adviced me of current workout. So question is...which of these routine works best? Thanks. I know theres alot of different opinion out there, so if you truly know about weight training i'll truly appreciate your help. Thanks.[/b]
