Hi all,
I have a simple query. I want to know what should i eat before or after meal. I am an indian guy. I do work either in the morning or after office in the evening.
Please guide me.

Are you talking about between meals, or something in addition to a meal, like an extra course?

before training - solid protein, veg, salad
immediately after training - protein shake, either pasta/bread/rice or sugary cerial
next meal - solid protein, veg, salad
