Is it good for someone age (15) to work out everyday?

Post by Ervin117 »

I enjoy working out a lot and I like working on strength training to get better stronger muscles.
I have a set of 25 pound dumbells at home and I go to the gym daily.
arms stopped feeling sore after the first month or so.
But now they almost always feel tired.

Is this a sign of overtraining?
Or will the tiredness go away the same way the soreness did?

Thanks for any help!

resting is just as important as working out, if you never give your muscles a chance to re-build you aren't accomplishing much. i wouldn't advise anyone to workout with weights under 16, i'd do non-weight exercises like push ups, pull ups and crunches.
