I am 160 started one month ago at 155. goal by November of this year is to be at 180. I work out 4-5 days a week and have a pretty good work out program. Do you guys think I can achive this goal of 20 lbs of muscle in 4 months? I guess the only thing I need to work on is diet. How much I should take in and what I should be taking in. I do not eat a lot of sweets and I am trying to cut out carbs after 7.
