Hi I am used to make a fruit salad with any fruits I have at home or any canned fruits in syrup. I am trying to make fruit salad half or more of it with fresh fruits and half or less with canned fruits! Also I put fresh sqeezed orange juice. And I am used to eat it at 20:00. I usually eat 2 cups ! Is it good or it has too much calories and too much carbs ??
What is the better time to eat it ?
