sup guys, long time no see. just made up a routine, wut u think? if u dont like it just give me something else (yes, i already know waterbury and rippetoe)

Chest/Triceps

6x12 Bench Press
3x10 Hammer Press
3x12 Dips
4x12 Extensions
4x8 One Handed Extensions
4x12 Lying Extensions
4x12 Kickbacks


Shoulders/Biceps

3x8 Front Raises
3x8 Shoulder Press
3x8 Laterals
3x8 Bent Over Raises
3x12 Alternating Curls
2x12 Arnold's Curls
4x8 Concentration Curls
3x12 Hammer Curls
3x8 Zottman Curls


Back

4x15 Shrugs
4x8 Upright Rows
3xMAX Pullups
4x12 Bent Over Rows

4x12 Deadlifts


Abs/Legs

3x12 Weighted Crunches

if you already now it then do it...

13 sets for legs and 31 sets for arms..good luck

That's a hellish workout bud. Even a full body workout consisting of a 100 rep max on DB Bench Press, 100 rep max on Barbell Rows, and a 100 rep max on Leg Press, would probably be better than your workout, and I would never advise 100 rep maxes on anything, and I'm not doing it now either :shock:.

That workout isn't working guy, you need to rethink, or you're going to get mangled muscles.

If you already know Rippetoe, why aren't you doing it?
I mean, the Beginning Strength program is tested and true, do you know of something better? Because judging from your post, I don't think you do.
Seriously, enlighten me. Tell me why your program is better than Rippetoe.
