That's a hellish workout bud. Even a full body workout consisting of a 100 rep max on DB Bench Press, 100 rep max on Barbell Rows, and a 100 rep max on Leg Press, would probably be better than your workout, and I would never advise 100 rep maxes on anything, and I'm not doing it now either

I mean, the Beginning Strength program is tested and true, do you know of something better? Because judging from your post, I don't think you do.
Seriously, enlighten me. Tell me why your program is better than Rippetoe.
