FLU ruin routine

Hello All...

I was sick for 5 days [ flu ] now yesterday I feel a little better and today I'm thinking of get back to routine. questions are:

I still cough [ a little ] Is THIS TOO EARLY?

How long should I wait before I start routine again? [ some web site suggested 2 weeks after ]

What kind of exercise should I start with? [ I lift 3 days + 3 days cardio ]

i would say train and see how you go...don't have a plan you have to stick to but rather do what you can at a high quality...don't start off with curls and then feel too ordinary to do squats or deadlifts...i would leave cardio for now or just a brisk walk on an incline more so than running
