1. Some Almonds and a glass of Mlik.

2. Or substitute the Milk for a pot of Yoghurt.

3. A thick Pineapple Slice, and some low Fat Cheese. Or replace the Pineapple with an Apple or small banana.

Those are examples.

Apart from anything else, you still burn calories when you're asleep, so unless you eat a lot of them, you're not going to get Fat.

Adrian, if you eat things like Yoghurt, then it will contain Carbs, but unless you have a problem sleeping as a direct result from Carbs, then there's no specific reason to cut them before bed.

Then it's just a case of whether you want no Carbs at that time, or maybe a reduced amount.

Salmonella is a condition caused by eating raw Eggs. Eggs contain a substance that causes it, but that substance I think it's called something like Vitriol bacteria, is destroyed during cooking.

Hot milk cooking the Egg? I doubt it, the temperature wouldn't be high enough I would think to cause that.

You can actually make Tuna shakes, not saying they'd taste nice, but I've heard of that before.

Or just have food instead of shakes.
