how may times per week, you have to work your muscle group?
I just started weight training about a 2 weeks ago. I do chest & back on mon & thur, shoulders, triceps, & biceps on Tue & Fri, legs & abs on wed & sat. on sunday's i rest. i also do cardios 4-5 time per week. Is that too much??? please help.
