Hi, i am 16, 5'8" and weigh about 140 pounds. i don't know body fat percentage but all i know is that i am flabby everywhere. anyway, i am not on a diet. I just eat healthy and don't worry too much as long as i am drinking plenty of water and not making myself eat too much.
exercise plan is this:
Monday--Kettlebells (Cleans, snatches, swings, etc) this includes cardio. 45 min. 6o reps of any ab workout
Tuesday--Windmill (this is abs), lunge, military press, squat. 45 min. cardio--jump rope 200 reps, run 10 minutes, jump rope 100 reps, run 5 min, jump rope 50 reps
Wednesday--Kettlebells (cleans, snatches, swings, etc.) 45 min
Thursday--Windmill, Turkish Get Up, Side Press, Dead Lift, jump rope same as tuesday
Friday--Kettlebells (cleans snatches swings, etc) 45 min
Saturday--Do anything (work in the yard, etc.)
Sunday--off
what do yall think?
16 year old exercise plan...suggestions?
