Hi I'm 20 Years and I need to reduce Bums
I'm not very skinny not too fat
Since figure is heavy at BUMS it is looking very odd.
I need some suggestions on exercises & diets that i can do at home
to reduce bums size so that figure gets good shape altogether
and i need to reduce thigh size even wanna get a good posture completely
Til Now i never did any exercises if i get any suggestion abt total body workout regimen which i can do daily to stay fit will help me a lot
Can anyone help me by providing Complete Body Workout Regimen and Exercises to reduce Bums and Thighs. I need Help Badly So Plz Help Me Out
