Diet is confusing!

I am an Asian, live at home with family, so I cannot choose the food I eat. :oops:

But here is what I eat each day:

1) 5 cups of tea (with milk and sugar, one spoon of sugar for each cup)
2) three cups of cooked white rice with veggies (for lunch)
3) three biscuits with peanut butter (breakfast)
4) 10 peanuts, 4 almonds (evening)
5) 4 Indian rotis with Indian curry (dinner)

Am I eating too much, is that why I cant lose fat? :twisted:

Hi!

What kind of exercises do you do? Seems like you might need to drop some of the sugar your having in your tea.Three biscuits and 3 cups of rice sounds like a lot of carbohydrates per day. Is there any way you can replace some of your carbs with protein??

Thanks, i have revised it:

Sugar free coffe
Two biscuits with peanut butter
Sugar free tea
1 cup of rice/veggies
Sugar free tea
Peanuts
sugar free coffee
3 indian rotis with indian curry
sugar free tea

This is typical diet, but I don't know about 1 cup of rice - I eat on a plate. How much is 1 cup, is it the same as one plate? :?: :?:
