
But here is what I eat each day:
1) 5 cups of tea (with milk and sugar, one spoon of sugar for each cup)
2) three cups of cooked white rice with veggies (for lunch)
3) three biscuits with peanut butter (breakfast)
4) 10 peanuts, 4 almonds (evening)
5) 4 Indian rotis with Indian curry (dinner)
Am I eating too much, is that why I cant lose fat?
