Some great tips for people to keep in mind and I'm sure that the title will bring people in however I honestly believe (as someone who has lost a good amount of weight herself) that in order to lose weight the successful way, you need to be in it for the long-haul not just to lose the lbs quickly.

Anyone else who's lost weight can attest to the fact that it's a journey... and a long one. You might follow all of these rules and only lost half of a pound in a week. But that's fine because following these rules is doing a lot more than if you did nothing, right?! It took me 8 months to get to a weight where I was completely comfortable with myself and to some, that might sound like no time at all but believe me, when you are trying to change your habits, every day is a struggle.
