Even morbidly obese people could only lose upto 4lbs a week of fat, the remainder from a higher amount of weight loss per week, then could then be muscle and water and minor amounts of bone density, depending on what kind of exercise and calories are adhered to and in what frequencies per week. I am of course excluding other factors like sleep, stress and medication(s).
