im 15 years old and going into 16 in a few months time.
i need some help to get a right routine and diet.
i get up at 6:00am
school at 7:30am
reach there at 8:0am
break is at 10:50am
then lunch is at 1:15 pm
hometime is at 3:00pm
get back to house at 3:40pm
then eat dinner at 7:30pm
then go sleep at 9:00pm
can u help me on improving diet and routine and building some mucsles and lose a bit of weight. o by the way im 5ft 7 inch and about 9 and a 1/2 stone. please help!
