does anyone have any good plyometrics for baseball pitchers?

i'm not a baseballer but i'm not sure if plyo's are that great but it depends on where yourm weakness is at (elasticity vs strength)...basically just getting stronger and more stable in the shoulder / upper are's will make you throw harder...maybe search baseball deceleration training
