Order of Cardio
I don't know if it matters or not, but for cardio session I usually do 30 minutes on the treadmill (medium intensity) using the incline and then after it I do 15 minutes on a stairmaster which is very high intensity for me and heart rate is higher. Does it matter if I do the stairmaster before treadmill or not. goal is weight and fat loss.
