Order of Cardio

I don't know if it matters or not, but for cardio session I usually do 30 minutes on the treadmill (medium intensity) using the incline and then after it I do 15 minutes on a stairmaster which is very high intensity for me and heart rate is higher. Does it matter if I do the stairmaster before treadmill or not. goal is weight and fat loss.

I would say purely in opinion, do the high intensity first. Doing the Medium intensity afterwards, might mean being able to do less cool down work, near the end, so you retain more Glycogen, and speed up your recovery post-Cardio.
