I am looking to lose about 30lbs and want to tone, question is should I even bother with ab workouts (i take a core class 2x/week - all ab work) or is it pointless because I still have weight to lose . Should I wait until I am down on weight?
IF YOU'RE DOING 2 AB CLASSES AND THEN ONLY 2 OTHER TRAINING SESSIONS I WOULD DROP AN AB CLASS AND REPLACE WITH A TRAINING SESSION BUT DEOENDS ON WHAT ELSE YOU'RE DOING
