Is it okay to lets say play basketball or any other sport after your workout? like around 4-6 hours later? is that fine?
will this conflict with muscle gain?

It's about testosterone levels. The ideal would be on different days for best muscle gain, however, 4-6 hours should be an adequate break. Do weights first if muscle size is the goal.
