enough carbs?

enough carbs?
hi, how much would you say carb intake should be? im 15 and weigh 130lbs, thanks, im also trying to get 70g of protein a day but im having problems, would you reccomend having some chicken with almost every meal? i cant cook fish so this is basically it, thanks
Well I estimate your Calorie intake per day should be about 1,800, and eat about 6 times 2.5 hours apart.
So Carb intake could be around 30 grams per meal, 720 calories Carbs a day.
Don't have Chicken as a sole protein source.
If you have trouble cooking, add things like Scrambled Eggs, (1 Yolk a day max, mostly whites), Low Fat Wedge Cheese, (no cooking required), Lean Sliced Turkey and Ham, no cooking required.
Add those and you can vary Protein sources.
