enough carbs?

hi, how much would you say carb intake should be? im 15 and weigh 130lbs, thanks, im also trying to get 70g of protein a day but im having problems, would you reccomend having some chicken with almost every meal? i cant cook fish so this is basically it, thanks

Well I estimate your Calorie intake per day should be about 1,800, and eat about 6 times 2.5 hours apart.

So Carb intake could be around 30 grams per meal, 720 calories Carbs a day.

Don't have Chicken as a sole protein source.

If you have trouble cooking, add things like Scrambled Eggs, (1 Yolk a day max, mostly whites), Low Fat Wedge Cheese, (no cooking required), Lean Sliced Turkey and Ham, no cooking required.

Add those and you can vary Protein sources.

so i should be getng bout 180g carbs a day? thanks i will get some turkey and lean ham, also can scarmbled egg be made with just whites? if so how many eggs would you reccomend for the right amount of protein

You can scramble Eggs with Whites, but as Yolks contain Vits, Minerals, Protein and Lutein, you can have one, especially for the Lutein, but only one a day, as the LDL Cholesterol is a downside.

ok thanks well say i could have a chicken sandwich for one meal then scrambled egg with something for another and turky for another. thanks

how many eggs would i need for the scrambled egg to get at least 25g of protein??

Well if they're large 8g ones, you're talking roughly 5 Whites and 1 Yolk.

hm ok, im having trouble getting at least 25-30g of protein and carbs in each meal? got any advice
