I have an elliptical that I don't use enough, but I don't think I am using it properly either. I can go on it for 20-30min and I just break a sweat with the resistance being at a 6/7 (highest is 12). Here is a quick look at what a week looked like for me and I only lost 2 pounds: Wednesday- Vi shake- 2 scoops/banana/water
3 small homemade cookies
4 little strips of chicken
Vi shake- 2 scoops/2 tbsp plain yogurt/water
1 Trident Layer gum
2 hard boiled egg
Left overs for supper- hamburger/potatoes
Little baggie of broccoli
Thursday Vi shake- 2 scoops/ 1/4C yogurt/water
1 hard boiled egg
6 little strips of chicken
1 stalk of celery
Vi-shake-2 scoops/water/banana
1 hard boiled egg
Supper-2 slices of roast beef/salad (carrots/celery/cauliflower) with a bit of ranch/and cooked peas and half a glass of chocolate milk
1 homemade cookie
Friday Vi Shake- 2 scoops/yogurt/vi-peach mix/water
1 hard boiled egg
1 stalk of celery
Vi-shake- 2 scoops/banana/water
1 homemade cookie
1 hard boiled egg

Supper- 1 chicken breast w/BBQ sauce/ ½ cup rice/ cooked green pepper,onions and fresh mushrooms in 1 tbsp of butter
Saturday broccoli with a little dressing
Vi-shake- 2scoops/water/banana
half chicken breast and some mushrooms/green peppers
1 homemade cookie
1 gum
Vi-shake-2 scoops/yogurt/water/1tsp of cocoa (gross!! LOL)
some broccoli & dressing
About 1 cup of croutons
Supper-marinated moose steak (a small piece)/1 cup of rice with mushrooms and onions (cooked with 1 tbsp butter)/shrimp (cooked in 1 tbsp butter) and small mixed veggie salad
Sunday Vi-shake- 2 scoops/water/banana
2 hard boiled eggs and a few croutons
Vi-shake- 2 scoops/banana/water
Lots of popcorn (popped on the stove) eekkk !!!

Supper- Marinated moose steak again/cooked cauliflower w/1 tbsp of cheese whiz melted/mushrooms and onions
I am looking into doing some exercise with kettlebells too! I need honest opinions please. Am I doing something wrong? I would love some tips and advice on to happy, healthy and fit
