I'd say don't. You might possibly restrict blood flow when you're pumped.
You might also end up with a situation, where the Muscle Fibres are slightly bent out of shape, and they're broken and you're affecting their ability to knit back together.

cause i do feel like when i flex alot pump goes away faster
