Hello name is samuel, i'm 15 years old and y weight 138 pounds... i started Bench press around one month ago... i used to run allot when i was 13 cause i was in a soccer team... i was skynni but not too skynni.. and i had six pack... 14 years old.. i started to loose six pack... so i started bench press and crunches daily... 5 sets 20 reeps.. max is 155... i just started... buttt the question is... now i have fat in chest tha is becoming muscle NICE

! but oblique ABS!! (side)! REALYY FATT!!! i dont want that.... does bench press works that part?! cuasw i've seen people that doesn't have abs... just the obliques... people who have never work out for the obliques..!!! ?!?!?!?!??!
oh another thing!!!! some people have skyni armss with muscles Are they like that because of genetic problems?!
