Lay on back hands straight behind head, LEgs up straight closed and open legs and hands go threw them all together....

I need a more consistant workout that will help me flatten and tone stomach. I seem to be getting bigger in the middle section of stomach and am maintaining a healthy diet. Maybe im doing to much? Maybe im not doing enough?
I know i need to switch up routines but those are the only three stomach workouts i truely know of. Any suggestions?? Any routines anyone could hand out for abs?? Flat and tone?? Dont wanna be a muscle builder here
