Hunger after one or so hours from the last meal.

I've kinda been getting hungry, even if 2 hours and half didn't past, and I'm sure it's not water, cause I drink plenty, and drank abt half half of 0.5 liters, b4 food, and the other half afterwards...(not the only water i drank through the day)

I drank abt 2 liters so far, maybe a lil more too.

I ate dinner at 9pm (i sleep late), and usually get something light to eat at 12, cause i sleep around 2.

What happened is, it's like 10 30..and im actually starving!

food today was;

1 egg, green tea, olives, and lil all bran without milk (cuz we ran outta milk)

lunch:

Rice ( i couldnt even finish half of it, although i had small amount in there), a little chicken, and humos. It was a take out. And i didn't liek the food much, iranian food, so i didnt have a lot. & drank pepsi max ( i know the whole meal is CRAP)

then I had
2 rice cakes, 1 apple, 1 lebnah and zatar in brown bread, and all bran with lf milk ( i was hungry here)

then dinner, which i had;
1 turkey with cottage cheese in brown bread, a little lettuce with corn with lil dressing, and corn soup.

To me it seems a fine meal.

Anyways...so i suddenly get hungry..and wanna eat anything so i ended up junking here and there. I couldn't help it.

So i ate a lil bit more humos with iranian bread, and dipped iranian bread with tea ( always loved eating it that way)...then drank a lowfat coffee milk thing.

Why am i getting hungry? I ddnt even workout today, just spend time playing arundwith bro, like in 3-4 dif sessions to keep myself active, and not sit all day.

not enough peotein during the day...too many simple type carbs that aren't filling...also not enough veg and salads

with weight, as i understood, i need to get about 113 grams of protien...i may not fulfil the whole things, every single day, but im pretty close to that number.

true, i dont have enough veggies, sometimes i just have 2 types in one meal...im picky abt veggies these days...=S

the thing is, i get bored from veggies, cause always whether eat them raw, or boiled...no dressing and such...so i lose interest in them. When i used to go to uni, i used to force myself to wat them, but getting them with me. Anyway, I should do that. Force myself to have them at least twice a day.

I usually eat 3-4 kids in one salad in one meal...not enough, is it?

i dont mind;
broccoli, carrots, cucumber, califlouer(sp), corn...thats it. Lettuce of course (only in a CAESAR). weakness point.

yes force yourself if you have to...the more the etter but eat what you like at the same time
