8/25/11: I'm embarrased to admit I Haven't been able to keep up with journals

(I also have a private one). Too many things going on at once. Ok, lets start with personal stuff. I finally gradutaed, Yippee!! Felt awesome to wear a cap & gown at age & have kids, hubby & family at the ceremony (tearjerker moment). But it was pure pride & happiness. Ate like a pig (no kidding!) but I dance those calories off & some

. OMG! We had a blast. As a graduation & anniversary gift, hubby took me to las vegas. It was hot as hell (literally), around 105 dgress. But we had a great time. Shows & food was expensive, but we found ways to eat good, have a good time without making a big hole in our pockets. Confession: pina coladas (virgin) were to die for & they were free!! I had about 3/day with wipped cream

. We also did the all day buffet once (it was cheaper & filling compared to other offers). However, I went to the gym EVERY single day for 1 1/2 hours. Guess who went with me?? HUBBY!!! Can you believe it? He worked 30 minutes (give or take). Honestly...he worked maybe 15-20 minutes

. But at least he did & I was proud of that. We stayed 4 nights 5 days (slept 3 hrs each day?) But still tried to burn everything I ate or drank. I dont drink alcohol, but between the pina coladas, the moch lattes, the hot chocolate & shakes...Lord have mercy!!! I thought I was going to gain weight, but I didn't

. In fact, I was 127 when i left, I came back with 125lbs (should go back!!!). Kidding! I believe it was the tons of water I drank, the workouts, the sweating, the loooong walks & the swimming sessions with hubby (the honeymoon too

). It was fantastic!! Since then, I've maintained 125lbs & got back to eating 6 meals a day (sometimes 7) & have been doing 4sets 15reps burpees w/ 8lbs rows & 10 sec jump rope in between. Also 1min plank, 100 squats & 100 mountain climber. At noon, I walk for 1/2 hour after eating lunch (to burn the calories

) & at dinner, I'v been running 1 mile & walking 1. Unless I feel tired, then I just walk. Messing up with fruits cause I eat them at any time. But getting back to "cleaner" diet on monday. Sorry, I need a few days to prepare myself mentally
