could you better define hard. The first week doing this was very good. I could tell it was working diffeerant mucsles in differant ways, but the only exercise that really taxed me (sore) after words was the walking lunges. I try to lift properly and as much as I can without a spotter. Don't get me wrong this routine you gave me is a great workout, I couldn't wait until the next day to do it.

thanks

if you can still increase wt each session stay with them, when you can't (ecspecially the max effort exercises working up to 3 - 5 rep max) rotate all

Workout

Post by selaine4tn1 »

Forgive me if this is insensitive  , but Wip, are you female? For height and weight it sounds like it, but the workout sounds very difficult. If you are female, that is, I'm going to try this workout. I'm female, 50 years old, 5'8", 204 pounds. LBM is 135. I'm quite strong and muscular, but still need to drop about 35 pounds. I don't feel that I eat 2400 cals a day, but that's what the calcs say.
Thanks for the help!

I just feel you should consider meeting up with a nutritionist and doctor.
