Whats the hype about carbs?
I dont understand, i mean, is it in genetics to have more energy? cuz i never really thought about "feuling" before a session, i know its important to have protien in ur system beforehand for best results, but i've always been able to get through strenuous workouts without loading urself 2 hours before a session ..

Hmmm i see.. yeah i know it turns into glucose, and i do eat carbs daily, 55% of calorie intake from carbs, but i was just confused about the whole feuling 2 hours before a session part--i never really fixed a time to have carbs aside from post-workout meal
