Whats the hype about carbs?

I dont understand, i mean, is it in genetics to have more energy? cuz i never really thought about "feuling" before a session, i know its important to have protien in ur system beforehand for best results, but i've always been able to get through strenuous workouts without loading urself 2 hours before a session ..

Carbs convert to Glucose. If you don't eat Carbs, you can cause problems, especially to Bloodsugar, and may trigger Diabetes, and other serious problems

your workouts would be even more productive if you were "fuelled"...this doesn't mean 100 grams of carbs before workioj gout but a peice ofm fruit and protein or a meat and salad sandwich would make a world of difference an hr before hand

Hmmm i see.. yeah i know it turns into glucose, and i do eat carbs daily, 55% of calorie intake from carbs, but i was just confused about the whole feuling 2 hours before a session part--i never really fixed a time to have carbs aside from post-workout meal
But thanks for clearin it up :D
