A place where I can get feedback from other people out there most likely going through or already have gone through similar things and such...
This seemed to be the appropriate area to start it.
goal is to, in due time, eventualy get back down below the 200 pounds mark...
I've already purchased a weighing scale which I'll use once a week so that I'll know if I need to adjust anything in nutritional or daily activities if the numbers don't at least budge a little... even 2 lbs down each week would be a good sign that I'm doing something correct... lol
Also I've gone to a few different sites and created a collection of other peoples success stories that I plan to print out and put together in a sort of booklet so that every morning I can go over a couple of them and get that spark of inspiration that I usually get from reading them...
