I am 14 years old, and I want to build muscle. I want to have six-pack abs and a bigger chest, or just an overall bigger and better looking body in about 5-6 months. stomach is flabby, and chest is sunk in.
I need an excercise and nutrition plan that I can use that will help me achieve goal.
I need an excercise plan that has all excersises that uses body weight. I have no access to weights. So, put stuff like pushups, and junk.
So, can anybody whip up a plan for me?
I am 6 feet 1 inches tall, and I weigh 161 pounds.
I do not have health problems and stuff like that.
14 excercise plan? Anyone?
