2.5 mile treadmill interval run
right hammie was trying to get an attitude with me....every time I tried to go faster than 7.0 mph it was tightening up, so I had to slow it down.
didn't want to push it too hard today - I have a 7 miler scheduled for tomorrow a.m. running with some friends that are training for the same race as I am.

stretched leg muscles, and used foam roller on hamstring and lower back of thigh muscle (just above the knee joint), that seems to be where the pain is centered.
No time for an injury now.....just signed up officially for the race I'm training so hard for. No turning back now!!
