I need help getter faster in football before the seasons sarts in sept so help me out

get stronger...squats, deadlifts and pull ups

If there's a tennis court, or something around that size or smaller, you should try tstanding near the fence and sprint one way then stop and start sprinting the other way...It helps with "explosive" power and if you think about it, it perfectly mimicks what you're going to do if you stand on the line (wr, sl sometimes even te)... i was going to start doing that but we began practicing early so i didn't have time, instead i just play a lot of sports right now and i noticed a big difference in sprinting...
