Bossman Can't hurt. You probably won't need to take it after workouts, so just take it before bed.
Just to make sure..this is what you said earlier post. I just do it before bed...no need to after workout even though its suggested to take before and after workout...sorry just don't want to take it when its not nessasry.

You have three usual methods of consumption.

1. After workouts.

2. Before bed.

3. Both of the above.

So there's your optimal choices.

If you can afford it, take option 3 (from the BossMan's post).

Taking glutamine right after a workout allows you to get the amino acid into the muscle to begin the recovery process as soon as possible.

If you can only take glutamine once per day, opt for right before. This will help you body produce extra growth hormone in the prime muscle building and repair time - while you are sleeping.

ok well I was just wondering since I'm a hard gainer..maybe he was just suggesting before bed would be all I need..since I'm not a big guy...but been lifting for most of over 6 months.
