I am starting to get a bit angry when bf is looking at me and telling me that i look (PLUMP) and that he should exchange me for a younger and newer model... he make joke but i actually offending....
I notice that really i have a harder time to loose weight lately like even 3 years ago i was loosing weight easyer then now...he told me that i don't make enough effort and that he still see me eat chocolat, and junk ... well i find it hard to stop eating everything at once and i told him that since i am 42 i have a harder time to loose weight he said that A BULLSHIT EXCUSE!!!!
Now what....that get me really depress ....i just feel like gaving up..!!! it seem that it will take for ever?

How should i start? What should i have for Breakfast? Should i go see a nutritionist? How much exercice should i do? I got too many question in head it drive me nuts? Can someone help me, and direct me on the right track please!!!!
