Dead Lifts - 2 x 10 85 lbs
Incline Flyes 2 x 20 8lb DB's
Standing Rows - 2 x 15 8 lb DB's
Single Arm Rows 2 x 10 x 2 25 lb DB
Chin Ups with Assist 2 x 10
Lunges 2 x 10
Plie Squats 12 lbs. 2 x 10
I'm trying to stay on tract and do something every day - if I can just get back on that schedule, regardless of what I do I'll be halfway there
