I think we all understand what you mean, Lynne! Honestly, I don't think it is reasonable to expect to eat 100% healthy 100% of the time. You have to give yourself a little room for this kind of stuff. Life isn't perfect and everybody strays from their healthy eating once in a while. The important part is that 99% of the time you are keeping yourself on track! Don't beat yourself up for eating a PB&J every once in a while, or a few chips here and there. That may be what keeps you on track.
